Privacy Policy

• Contact info you give us: your email address when you submit a sign-up form, respond to a Meta / Instagram Lead Ad, or enter our external screener.
• Ad + referral metadata: UTM parameters, the lead form ID, and the ad source (e.g. instagram_ad) so we can understand which campaigns are working.
• Device + page analytics: device type (iOS / Android / desktop) and anonymous event counts (page views, CTA taps) via Google Analytics.
• Email engagement: whether our follow-up emails were delivered, opened, bounced, or unsubscribed (via SendGrid).

We do not collect health, biometric, or Oura Ring data on this website. Study data collected inside the Reputable mobile app is governed by the in-app consent form you complete after joining.

• Send you the study join link and short follow-up sequence.
• Measure which recruitment channels bring in participants.
• Answer support questions you send us.
• Keep the site working, secure, and free of abuse.

If you submit your email through one of our Instagram or Facebook Lead Ads, Meta forwards your email and the lead form ID to us via a secure webhook using the leads_retrieval permission. We use that email only to send you the join link and related study communications. We do not share it with advertisers or third parties for marketing.

We share the minimum necessary information with the service providers that make the study run:

• SendGrid — sends the join-link and follow-up emails.
• Supabase / Lovable Cloud — hosts our database and backend.
• Google Analytics — anonymous site analytics.
• Meta — delivers Lead Ad submissions to our webhook.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep sign-up emails and engagement logs for the duration of recruitment plus up to 24 months, after which we delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see next section).

• Unsubscribe from follow-up emails using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
• Request deletion of your email and any associated engagement data — see our Data Deletion page.
• Access or correct your data by emailing us at research@reputable.health.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases. We use signed webhooks and shared secrets to verify the origin of lead data. No system is perfectly secure — please report any concerns to the address below.

This study is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their email, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the study evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top.
